A multitenant corporate building composed of 2 masonry structures with different heights to address the context, shifted and connected by a skewed glass and metal structure housing a 2 story lobby space and mechanical equipment above. the building is conceived to optimize rentable square footage yet it provides spacious common area for meetings, lounging and public functions.
