I-Hotel

An elegant and sophisticated yet comfortable new Hotel with a more modern and urban feel than its competition. The goal of the design was to create a complex and relaxed environment with a Boutique feel, for a varied clientele that comprises sophisticated business travelers as well as visitors for sports venues and local events such as weddings etc… The public spaces were developed almost as a covered Plaza able to visually connect the attached state of the art conference center, the restaurant and the I-Café’, to the reception and the seating areas of the lobby and provide comfortable and elegant lounging areas for Hotel guests and the local community alike. The colors and materials define a modern space that feels accessible and enjoyable also to the visitor oriented to more traditional décor. The guestrooms and the corridors carry through the material and color themes developed for the lobby and public spaces with the use of Walnut veneers on entry doors, custom desks and storage units, combining it with rich granite counters in the bathrooms, white linens and color accent & art.
